I had a last minute event, and called at 7pm the night before to see if they could help me. The staff and GM were so awesome to work with. Helped me put together a menu to serve for 20 people! They took care of everything, and even delivered to my event the next morning. The food was delicious, and everyone left happy and full! Thank you again Nick and your amazing staff! “My boyfriend and I tried the Galvestonite Bistro for the first time today at the end of the Spring Break season. We absolutely loved it! They treated us so well (during a CRAZY busy time). We ordered 3 lbs of their crawfish and man was it good! We are new Galveston locals and will definitely be back to try more from their menu. All in all, great service, nice bar & delicious food. The staff is so friendly and super helpful with everything. The portions are huge and I always take home leftovers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bite on the West End.”
