Sozial Haus

We just finished a long bike ride... the service was great and the food delicious. Highly recommend that you stop in at the Sozial Haus

I read a couple of negative reviews about Sozial Haus. My first time here was very pleasant. Yes it’s a bit over priced but this is a tourist city and every merchant on Main ST knows it. So complains about price irrelevant. The service was great and it really is a good pizza. My experience was positive

Nice location for tasty cafe food. Certainly worth going back to. The bill was well within reason for the quality. Food is like a restaurant in Jacksonville I liked.

Apparently they think way more of their food than I did. It was OK but definitely nothing to write home about, all I'm saying is if other people hadn't been involved there is no way I'd have stuck around to pay $11 for Frito pie? That was mediocre at best(for $11 I expect a little bit of flair).

The service was good which I would expect at the prices they're charging $10 for a smallish roast beef sandwich and a wad of mixed greens with two Tomatoes thrown on top as a side salad(served in the basket with my sandwich).

Overall I left unimpressed and not feeling very "Sozial".

The food is consistently very good. Great pizza options and nice outdoor patio. The staff is friendly, but was highly understaffed for a tourist area. It took about an hour to get food and half an hour to get the check. It was busy, but could have been smoother with a full staff. We will be back though, because of the food and location.
