Cabernet Grill Texas Wine Country Restaurant

This place was amazing! Without a doubt the best meal I've ever had. The wine was great, and the server was very friendly. The environment was very laid back and relaxing. If you're going to Fredericksburg then you should definitely make time to visit this restaurant.

The food was delicious and our server took good care of us. We definitely recommend the apple pie dessert, it's amazing. I'm scoring this a four star since I made note on my online reservation that this was a post proposal dinner and I also called to confirm they were aware and to request the best table in the restaurant, but the person on the phone dismissed my request because "every seat in the restaurant is a great seat". I was prepared to buy lots of wine, but since the celebration wasn't acknowledged, I did not.

Our waiter was great! We had the chicken fried ribeye with lobster and the pork loin. It was excellent! Chef quality food that's well worth the price. As with any great steak house, be prepared to spend some money while you are here and save some room for dessert! We will definitely be returning here the next time we visit.

Excellent place to eat! We were sat down quickly, order taken and food came promptly, waiter (John) was very professional! And last but not least food was delicious! Will definitely be back!

An excellent restaurant with fantastic food. We had a friendly and attentive service. Well, the waiter could have refilled our water glasses and not have left that to us. Also, in a restaurant of that quality I would have expected table cloths and the silverware laid out and not rolled up in a napkin. But still: a restaurant to be recommended.
