“My bus started having front end problems, so I pulled into this station to see what was wrong. Although the store doesn't usually allow overnight parking, the owner let me stay parked out back for a few days until I could make arrangements for repairs and lodgings. I'm very grateful for that. Other than that, the store is clean and well-lit. It has room for large vehicles to park or refuel. The staff are courteous and friendly. I'll definitely stop by here to stock up on food and snacks any time I'm in the area.”

“This is my favorite food truck in Fredericksburg. I've been eating here for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. The breakfast tacos/burritos are made fresh while you wait and are delivered HOT! For lunch my favorite is the La Momalona burger hands down, its a cheesburger with bacon, ham, jalepenos and all the regular burger toppings. That with a bag of chips are $9.50. You can't beat it in town. Service is friendly and happy to serve you, they're quick, and the food is priced for everybody. It's located next to the Alon gas station, which has the cheapest soda drinks and tobacco in town. Great spot for a to-go lunch.”

Our server started off good but kinda got busy with other tables and forgot about us at the end, but everyone was very welcoming. “What a wonderful dining experience… Walk thru the front door and it feels like you walked thru a time warp. The ambiance is of an upscale chophouse from the 50’s or 60’s with a stunning bar. The food is absolutely top notch, the appetizers delicious and the steaks prepared to absolute perfection. We had the Wedge Salad, Brussel Sprouts, & Dry Aged Porterhouse. The porterhouse, my wife and I shared and still took home half of the steak. If you’re too full for dessert order ‘The Kitchen Sink’ anyway - we were and, well, you can see what my wife and I couldn’t eat.”
