“This location just opened within the last month. Ordered the orange chicken and moo goo. The food was okay. The fried rice had no carrots, peas or onions in it. The orange chicken was mostly breading and it didn’t have that tangy orange flavor I was hoping for. The moo goo had lots of good vegetables but the sauce was just so so. The egg roll was very small. They advertised a daily special, with an egg roll for $5.99, but I couldn’t find it on their website. I may try again later when they’ve worked out all the kinks of a new operation.”

“Second time having their tacos. I got the asada corn tacos both time. They tasted great! Going to be hard forcing myself to try the other menu items. Both times I've eaten I came under the $10 mark. Location is easy to find and since it's a new business parking isn't an issue. The staff has been extremely helpful and informative both times. I've walked away with a smile and a full belly both times I went. Looking forward to more!!!”

“This place is worth a visit. Tried a poke bowl for the first time with my family last night and I was surprised that my kids enjoyed it. The employee who helped was patient with us when we told her it was our first time, she even kept the kids laughing and preoccupied. If you’re looking for great tasting fish, i recommend trying this place out, the salmon was delicious. Clean restaurant, delicious food, friendly employee. When I come back to sherman, I’m coming here.”

“It took a little time for my order to be taken only 1 person taking food orders then she walked off to deliver a order and left the man in front of me to get his order taken. Another worker walked up 2ish mins later and took his order and the female who walked away that was taking orders returned walking extremely close in front of me behind the man in front of me, instead of walking behind us customers. I took that really rude.. the man took my order was excellent and very nice. Order was made pretty quick and was real good tasting. So it was very nice just don't understand being walked between so close since there was better room behind me.”

“So good. We had a pork, a beef bean and cheese and a cheese and spinach pupusas. They were all really good but the cheese and spinach was great. We also had a fish, a chicken and a spicy beef taco. The fish taco was one of the best I've ever had. The chicken tamales were pretty good. Really liked the salsa. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be going back.”

“I think the one-star rating is unfair. This locally owned and operated family business is not extraordinary, but it's not terrible. We had American breakfast plate. Fried eggs, bacon or sausage and pancakes was good, $6.99. On Saturday they have a brunch of breakfast and lunch foods with fresh fruits for 8.99. Did not try any of the Mexican food choices so can't comment on quality. The folks are friendly, the place is clean and I'll visit again as I'm happy to have a local spot for breakfast or lunch.”

“I am doing a volunteer job in Durant and i was looking for a good meal after driving 12 hours in from Alabama. Well, i went on Goggle and starting reading Google Guide reviews (because I know how to avoid the nonsense ones). Here is where i came up with "The Library Grill". Let me say folks, it is wonderful!! However, a couple of things that i would address, if it were my place. One is the main chef needs to be careful with using his bare hands as he is taste testing his garlic and other things. Even though he pops them into his mouth it seems to be a way He could accidental contaminate our food (Please Chef, excuse me for noticing this. You are a talented grillman). However, a Chef needs to know what I'm eating and the only way to do that is taste it, so invent a way around the barehanded thing. The second matter is a personal thing of mine. Forgive a traveler this one indulgence. Please discuss personal item face to face with your patrons. Come out from behind the bar area and have your conversations in a manner that doesn't make them a public spectacle. You folks are kicking a 4 star, possibly better place in the middle of no where. That is SO impressive. And, forgive me Chef it is on you to bring this up to an Eagle or Double Eagle place. Thank you for reading this review. I was very satisfied with my meal. The steak was a perfect medium rare. The asparagus was hot, well cook but still firm. Nice job Chef. The owner and bar staff are amazingly friendly and congenial. Do yourself a favor and visit this place and enjoy the food, the wine, and the ambiance. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!”
