Delicious BBQ! Deep fried corn on the cob was so good. I don't know where you live, but wherever you are, it is well worth the drive. Highly recommend

I believe the brisket would have been a lot better tasting if it would have been fresher..
Tasted like it had been sitting out for a while... dry...
    Amazing friendly staff!

Clark's has some of the best smoked meats in the entire DFW and North Texas area. Their smoked briscuit presented two flavors to my tongue: a first direct smoky flavor, then a second deeper, richer, warm and savory flavor that was amazing, and unlike any I'd ever tasted before. Get their ears of corn, they are also smoked! All they need is a bigger dining area, it was a little crowded, which incidentally tells you how good it is! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very good BBQ. I got the two meat plate with brisket and Cajun fried catfish. I was pleasently surprised with the catfish. It was so good and crispy! We visited this place when camping at Lake Ray Roberts, will definitely come back!

Does BBQ really well and probably would've gotten a higher rating if it was located in any other state, but Texas has some of the best in the country. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area, maybe the best food in the immediate area. Brisket was lean and sausage was flavorful. Catfish was top notch. Sides were good (especially fried okra- real crispy) but missing the quintessential Mac n cheese and mashed taters you find at every other BBQ joint.
