I enjoyed the restaurant. My father took me here when I came to visit him. Unfortunately, I was sick and I could not eat what I wanted to. The burgers and fries looked awesome! However, I had to select broiled catfish. I know this is not what they are known for, so I forgive the over cooked fish. As my father taught me, "Don't go to a hambuger joint and order fish." That said, it was not bad, just dry due to being over cooked. The hush puppies and new potatoes were perfect! My father enjoyed his burger and fries.

I had never heard of them before. Its a great place to eat. For the price the quality of food is very good. The salmon salids are very good. The fish tacos are fantastic & the double burgers and catfish dinner are also. Flying burgers is a monthly dining event for me.

I wondered about the name: flying burgers! And seafood! But it was better than expected. New, very red white and blue. No table service. Order, get your drinks and red blinking vibrate thing will call you back to pick up food. My gumbo was excellent, not too spicy. Everyone else loved their food, about 8 of us. Go, enjoy. Friendly, polite patrons too.

It was super clean and very neat inside. Was greeted by friendly staff and ordering was pretty easy. The food was pretty good too. My only complaint is around the soda machine, I'm not sure if there was moisture in the floor mat in front of it, but once I stepped off of it, I almost slipped and fell on the floor. Other mats aren't like that, and I didn't have any issue anywhere else on the floor. Only after stepping on that mat.

Saw the place and stopped in to try it out, as It's a new business to Longview. We decided to dine in. The attractiveness of the business reminded me of "The All American Diner" with its red, white and blue theme...The place is spotlessly clean! Settled in on the 4 piece catfish with 4 shrimp. These are jumbo shrimp. They offer a variety of ways to cook it, such as fried, boiled or grilled. The fries are yummy(don't let their appearance detour you) they are seasoned just right, crunchy on the outside, soft inside & not greasy at all... The fish & shrimp I selected fried. It was all delicious. I probably would have been okay with 3 fillets & the four shrimp... The fourth fillet was wow & okay I'm eating it anyway.. Yum! The only thing I would like to see to make it just about perfect is Diet Dr Pepper... Please. Daisy took our order and was both polite, courteous and helpful. The condiments are all self serve in souffle cups. So happy they don't have the packets. We will be back to also try their yummy burgers, which we here are wonderful. ????
