Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Have been to the Longview location 3 times. First 2 were great. 3rd time, we couldn't seem to get it keep our server's attention. Had to threaten to get up and get a drink refill in the restroom, and that was at least 15 minutes after flagging her down and asking for them. We wanted to order another helping of "bottomless" salad but had eaten everything and we're ready to leave. We also wanted to order a take-out and get a to-go box but that took another 15 minutes. A Thursday evening, before 7:00, not too busy... Maybe they were short servers, but the couple behind us got A LOT of attention. We will probably think twice next time.

Red Robin was excellent. That was my first time going. The staff was friendly and courteous. I will be definitely going more often.

Super tasty!!! Went with my sister at about 8pm on a Sunday. Everything was fresh and delicious!!! I definitely recommend the purple lemonade to drink as it's yummy and it comes in a fun glass too!

Being my first visit to Red Robin I was admiring the details in the deco. The added touch on the ceiling in the dining room, neat! I was greeted by the host at the door and taken to my requested table. Seth my waiter was very friendly & knowledgable about the menu and offered suggestions. I respected the fact that he indeed had tried the menu items.???? I ordered the BBQ burger that comes with endless steak fries. Enjoyed all of it. Everything was fresh & seasoned just the way I like. Seth did suggest dessert options that sounded great! The chocolate, mountain mud pie! Wow!! After that yummy burger I had to pass. Maybe next visit. Autumn is excellent. She knows us by name and knows what we drink, plus usually what we want to eat. Robbie always knows us too. The manager usually comes out to talk to us. The lady that usually greets us at the door knows where we sit and takes us right there. They do not seem to have much turnover in personnel so everybody gets to know the regulars. Don’t get that at Chili’s. And by the way, the food is excellent. They prepare our take out orders exactly like we want them. Cannot ask for any better!
