Payton met our every need while dining here for the first time. The food was amazing! I was excited to know y'all serve sweet potatoes fries. They were the best I ever tasted and the fish was excellent. There will be a next visit for sure.
GREAT place!! Keith was awesome!! We came in after a weekend of state baseball tournaments & Keith made my ball play beam after a tough loss of a state championship. It's hard to find great waiters but Keith is an exception!
Food was FANTASTIC & lord have mercy it was a great portion size. The Saturday special was a hit with my guys & the fried catfish platter was cooked perfectly!!
Definitely recommend!!
After God created heaven and earth, split the sand and seas, he put April on earth to serve the best meal I've ever eaten. I mentioned im slightly allergic to seafood, so April insisted she go to the back herself and prepare meatballs for me. They tasted just like my mom's recipe. After I finished her delectable meatballs she offered to baptize me in the crab tank water to cure me of my allergy to shellfish, and it worked! 2 hours later, April managed to baptize the entire restaurant including herself and the staff! Will definitely be back when my baby is born!
We had Mighty Crab take out and it was just OK. The steamed oysters were beautiful and my daughter liked them ok, but they could have been steamed a bit more for my liking. They were very lightly steamed. The shrimp was still a bit too translucent for me and the Cajun fries were soggy. The crab cakes were pretty good, but lacked seasoning. The red sauce was good with quite a bit of horseradish. The gumbo was very thin broth and didn't have any depth of flavor, it had little square pieces of meat that looked like chicken or ham from canned soups . The clam chowder was also very thin broth and not many pieces of anything in it. There were tiny cubes of potato, it had a good flavor. We didn't try any of the boiled options because everyone wanted to try something different and I didn't want to spend $20-40 per person. We may try a lunch option to share at some point to see if that's where it's at here. We won't be getting the fried options again or the gumbo
Great food, fair prices.
Music was too loud in the dining area.
Staff (servers) could look more professional if they would tuck their shirt in and wear a belt.
Servers were very kind, but weren’t very professional. Again, overall experience was very pleasant.
