Smash Daddy Burgers

The burgers and fries are FANTASTIC! Im a professional driver. I travel nationwide, and eat out almost nightly. I've eaten A LOT of birgers! Definitely among the best I have ever had! The service was great. The owners are very friendly, and care about their business and customers. I 100% recommend the food, and highly encourage everyone to support this business! They are doing everything right!

Stopped by Smash Daddy on my way from San Antonio to Austin, and I must say, it was a delightful surprise! The smash burgers here are simply phenomenal—perfectly crispy edges with juicy centers, just the way a burger should be. The buns were fresh and slightly toasted, complementing the well-seasoned beef flawlessly. The service was quick and friendly, making the short wait an enjoyable part of the experience. The truck itself was clean and inviting, adding to the overall excellent roadside stop. If you find yourself on this route and craving a top-notch burger, this food truck is a must-visit! Truly a five-star meal on wheels!

The food was incredible! My wife and I will be coming back soon! It’s so nice to taste home made burgers, seasoned perfectly, fries were amazing. I will be using their catering service at SpaceX and Tesla very soon for our workers!

Delicious smash burgers! The one night stand was great! We really enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be going there again. The staff was nice, friendly, and very helpful.

Our new favorite burger place!

We stopped in last night after my husband declared he was “cooking dinner.” 😂 We ordered a lot, everything looked so good, it was hard not to! It definitely tasted sooo good too. Which was good, bc we had leftovers for lunch.

The burgers were seasoned well and made well, the chips and fries were delicious. The chili cheese fries are what stole the show for me. The guts to fry ratio was on point…not a dry fry in the whole box, absolutely perfect!

The price was decent too, I feel like we’ve spent just as much at other burger places but definitely got more food here. And the couple running it, is the sweetest. Like getting a burger at friend’s cookout.

We travel full time and this is going to be the place I miss when we leave. We will definitely be telling anyone coming to the area to stop by.
