“Stopped by Smash Daddy on my way from San Antonio to Austin, and I must say, it was a delightful surprise! The smash burgers here are simply phenomenal—perfectly crispy edges with juicy centers, just the way a burger should be. The buns were fresh and slightly toasted, complementing the well-seasoned beef flawlessly. The service was quick and friendly, making the short wait an enjoyable part of the experience. “I grew up on the east coast in a small town that had a Rita's. It was always so delicious and just the perfect treat. I've lived in Texas for 15 years and every now and then I'd get a craving and see if Rita's had opened up here. Finally one did! Made the wife come with me and my goodness, it's not just nostalgia, it's just as delicious as it was all those years ago. I always go for the gelati with the ice and custard. The sweet ice that has the smoothest texture compared against rich bold creamy custard, if I lived closer I'd go every day. Plus as a kid, I only ever got one flavor but, now as an adult I can try their multitude of rotating flavors! Got to try the strawberry Colada, absolutely delicious. Plus this location was well kept with a friendly fast working staff. I wish them all the success so that hopefully they can open a closer location to SA and I'll frequent that one even more 😂”

“Great gas station. I stay near Seguin and I drive all the way to this gas station because I love this place. It’s great gas, they don’t try to get over at the pump. “Quite honestly the best pizza we’ve ever tried. You can custom order a 14” pizza with a bunch of different toppings for around $14. I cannot recall a pizza that was not greasy but the crust was just right, not burnt or soft, it was just right. My wife is from Eastern Europe and she said it tastes exactly how they make it over there. We’ve dropped Rosie’s and will be coming here from now on. Yes they are new and still getting into the rhythm of things, but that is a part of life. You learn from your mistakes and get better. No one can expect perfection but potential. I met the owner and it was a pleasure speaking with someone who was very humble and down to earth. This place has character, a great product, and extremely fair prices. For me, you can’t ask for much more than that. The pizza we ordered: 14” thick crust No sauce Extra Mozzarella Feta cheese Grilled chicken Cooked mushrooms Roasted red peppers Italian sausage With Ranch on the side. Fantastic. Everytime i order my tacos are fresh and the tortillas are soft. One time they even messed up my order and the tacos were still amazing. This place is great and a hidden gem!
