This place is AMAZING! THE BEST FISH AND SHRIMP THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!! I worked with the owner, in the past, and he is an honest guy who deserves your business! I normally dont eat fish outside of my house because it always has that fishy water taste but Ray's fish doesn't have that. The breading holds up and doesn't flake off. It really is the best fish. I always get the number 7 which is called U Call It. You choose how many fish and how many shrimp out of a total of 14. It also comes with fries and two hush puppies for a little less than $20. This is going to be your best bang for your buck. It is located on Atascocita Road in between Woodland Hills and Timber Forest right next to the garage door sales place. But I heard that they're also opening up one in Porter Texas on 494 right near East Martin Drive and next door to Pete's Burgers place. I literally live right down the street off of East Martin. I will probably end up eating here almost every day of the week LOL! If you haven't been to check it out!

This seafood food truck is the best. Everything on this menu is delicious the quality is great and the prices are on point. The service is outstanding and the amount that you are served is good also. The hush puppies are the bomb along with the boudain balls. I recommend this food truck to everyone...there's a place under the shade to sit and enjoy this delicious food that this man cooks up. I will be returning alot even though I have to drive 30 minutes its worth it!!!!!!! Great job thanks for the great food and best wishes on your food truck. Really good fry fish, honestly the best I've had around this area. I really recommend everyone to go try this place.

Best truck food ever!! Shrimp are so big and delicious!! Food is always fresh and hot. I love this Place and reasonably priced too!!

I pull up, put in 3 separate orders, waited about 20 min and boom, mine are ready. There were multiple orders ahead of me too! Fish is fantastic and fresh; like they were caught that morning. Cowboy Bites; have to be the greatest thing on the menu.
