Came in to meet a friend and I didn't know what to expect. Tyler made me an off the menu martini and it was very good! I also had the spinach and artichoke dip for my appetizer. It was very good, nice and cheesy just like I like it. I would definitely come back again!

The food is amazing. Reminds me of the private restaurants in Queens New York. Truly a fantastic experience. It is calm, clean, comfortable, and classy. We went there per Google reviews sans kids and had the best time. It is more a place for adults and older kids unless your children are well mannered.

We first found Tosca Americana about 18 months ago when we unknowingly crashed a benefit for the last hurricane. Even though they were 100% booked, Chef Eddie got us in and fed us a wonderful meal. We finished our wine at the bar while the reserved guests poured in and we got to know Chef Eddie a bit.

Since then we have dined maybe 25 times. The food is always excellent as well as the service. We usually request Rolando's section. Rolando always treats us in the classic "old world" manner of service; gracious, pleasant and efficient. We usually dine in but have on occasion gotten take out.

My wife and I travel a great deal and enjoy dining at fine restaurants around the country. Tosca is our favorite in the area. Out of the dozens of restaurants in the area only a few reach the caliber of food and service of Tosca.

The red sauce is the best - light, fresh and just the right spice. Chef Eddie makes it starting with whole tomatoes!

We once took Chef Eddie a 40 ounce red snapper filet that we had caught and he cooked a fantastic 4 course meal with the snapper as the main course. If you have not been or not in a while Tosca is definitely worth going.

Perfect for date night! Husband and I went on a mid week dinner date here and both of us were blown away by the food! It was so delicious! I had the lemon fish fillet with capers, side of mashed potatoes and greens = amazing! He had a spicy pasta dish and loved it! Great portions, great price, great location! Can't wait to go again!

Was so delicious & the ambiance was relaxed, light & friendly. The restaurant is nestled in the corner of a shopping center & couldn't be more beautiful inside. Attended a Seminar and was my 1st time there & was so impressed I asked my husband to take me on a date there this evening. Very much looking forward to this evenings dinner ????
