One of the best burger and milk shake places in Houston. Bernie's was originally a food truck and then opened as a permanent exhibit of high quality burgers at the Chimney Rock location. Their options include many types of burgers and sides made to perfection. If you can't make it to the place on Chimney Rock and Bellaire, then there is another locarions in Katy. Stay hungry my friends!
Loved it when I went in to kill some time while waiting for my friend. Pleasantly good selection of beers and the burgers...Wow! I will definitely bring my family in next time we're in the area.
Great ambiance and great options!
I loved walking in to see a giant school bus as the restaurant's kitchen! Great throwback songs playing and a very interesting menu with school bus themes.
I ordered the sweet potato fries and it came with a dip. My sister ordered THE COACH & GREEN CHILE CHEESE FRIES. She said it was near perfect but a fried egg would have sweetened the spot. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience. ????????????????????????
BEST burger i have had in Houston! Basic but unique, not spicy but delicious! Great family place. Friendly servers as well! I might say best burger in town! Houstonians know their way around burgers :)
The burgers were decent. The fries were just okay. It’s a bit pricey for a burger place. We ordered two burgers, one fountain drink, one water and shared a regular fries. After tips, We spent nearly 40 bucks on a meal for two. Our burgers were not from grass fed beef. If you wanted grass fed, it cost extra. The homemade ketchup was too sweet for my taste. Overall it was a decent experience, but it wouldn’t be my first pick for a burger place.
