Teriyaki Madness

Amazing for Catering!! Teryaki Madness is so wonderfully consistent and my customers are always raving and coming back for more. The team at rock creek takes the burden of coordinating lunches with customers off my plate. I drive past 2-3 Teryaki madness locations often to get to meetings but this location is perfectly ran and does such a first class job with catering. Book your next meeting with them, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful for catering - the owners really care about their food and service, adding personal touches. I love ordering their chicken teriyaki bar, as it comes with 2 sides plus veggies. Also love the spicy tofu, I’ve had a few people who didn’t even know they liked tofu come back for second or third helpings.

Teriyaki Madness Cypress is AMAZING for catering! I’ve used them multiple times for customer lunches and will continue to be a repeat customer. The owners are accessible and so helpful to work with to get your order just right. The food is hot and delicious and always delivered on time. The set-up is awesome with tent cards identifying each dish. Sauces and all the extras are included with plates and napkins. The cherry on top is the personalized sumo wrestler guarding the food. He’s the cutest! Highly recommend for your catering needs!

I'll start by saying that this is a challenging review because parts of this experience were very good and parts, not so much.

I placed a to go order and we had 3 regular size bowls, one chicken teriyaki with steamed rice, one spicy chicken teriyaki fully loaded, and one chicken katsu fully loaded. We also got the edamame and crab Rangoon.

They made the plain teriyaki perfectly for a very picky ten year old so that was appreciated and he loved it.

The spicy chicken teriyaki was wonderfully charred and had just the right amount of spice.

The katsu was absolutely wonderful, 10/10.

Unfortunately the fried rice was soggy like it had too much water or too much sauce and we did not enjoy it as much as the protein.

The crab Rangoon were delicious but might have needed to stay in the fryer another minute longer.

The young man that checked me out was incredibly polite, respectful, helpful, and professional. I wish I remembered his name because he should absolutely be recognized.

Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was behaving in a way that was incredibly unprofessional. Maybe it was because I was the only customer in the establishment or maybe it was because it was near closing time but I definitely heard just about every "curse" word in the English language including f-bombs and the n-word.

This type of language doesn't bother me in the slightest but as a business leader I would reprimand my employees for behaving in such a fashion.

Overall, seems like they have some kinks to work out but I'll definitely be back for the katsu.

I normally only give 4 stars to places but this place deserves 5. The customer service was outstanding.

The owners give you a great warm welcoming and really explained the menu well. You definitely get enough bang for your buck.

The restrooms were really clean. I know that is a random review but trust me, I’ve seen some crazy places.

I recommend trying the spicy orange. You won’t be disappointed. It brings the flavor out.
