Food is overly priced for what you get. $3.99 for one taco?! Fajita meat was dry. On the plus side the chilli dog was huge and tasted good. Margaritas are weak, even after we paid for an extra shot. Margarita mix didn't taste very good and left a fake sweetener taste. Place needs a facelift, looks rundown. I appreciate the dual drivethrus. Not much parking.
saw this while in the neighborhood and had to stop for the novelty of it, cause why wouldn’t you, right? got a mango margarita, which was great! it wasn’t sickly sweet like a lot of margaritas are; you could definitely taste the rum, but not overbearingly so. it was a little pricey, but the portion sizes were huge, ranging from a small the size of an average medium fountain drink to a keg! the service was quick, and the employee who rang me out amusedly explained the Texas open container laws, which is basically that the containers are ‘sealed’ (a piece of tape over the straw hole, and of course a lid) and that of course you shouldn’t drink while driving. stopped for the novelty but it was worth it!
Get the beef tacos....the steak in there is awesome! The toppings are pretty basic but that meat though! Also of note, the small frozen margarita is enough to get you tipsy on an empty stomach since the small is more like a medium or a large. The long island and piña colada are good as well. The vodka lemonade was a very thick consistency like syrup...stay away from that.
It's a great local place to stop and sit outside without spending a lot of money. The food is really good and the proportions are big. The margaritas are great, my friends and I love the fresh fries they always service us well.
