The atmosphere is great. I heavily recommend the Pork and Greens. I ordered it of the waiter’s recommendation. Best money I spent since I’ve been here!

Went on a Friday night. Was surprised the place wasn’t busier than what it was. City Centre is usually packed full of people out and about of town. We were promptly seated. We ordered the Fish & Chips, Half Chicken dish, and the Cauliflower Grits & Shrimp. All three dishes were excellent. The star of the table definitely was the cauliflower grits dish. The over easy egg was a perfect complement. The service was a bit on the slow side. Seems like it took forever for the food to come out. Luckily we had drinks and good company to pass the time. Overall a good experience.

    UPDATE:
The following experience wasn’t much better. Went a little after lunchtime. A few people at the bar. We were the only people in the dining area. We wwrw waited on by a first time waitress. Our waiter was in training. Accompanied by a trainer. We ordered a few different dishes that wouldn’t have the long cook time along with an appetizer. It took a little longer than what I anticipated. Plus the appetizer came out with our food. We were not checked on until the food came out. Then a few times afterwards. Food was excellent. Service was on the bad side. I’ll give it another try some months down the road.

I've only been here once so far but it was a hit with me. An interesting ambience and decor with a great menu and a fabulous cocktail selection. Prices are on the higher side but aren't unreasonable for the quality you get. I really loved the crab cakes with Brussels sprouts; I could probably eat that once a week for the rest of the year and not get tired of it. Friendly service; a little loud even when not completely packed but not to the point of discomfort. But WHY oh why do there have to be TVs every-damn-where?! This isn't a sports bar and I'd like to be able look somewhere without seeing a screen.

    AMAZING HAPPY HOUR Y'ALL!
    At 3 PM, $3 drinks
    At 4 PM, $4 drinks
    At 5 PM, $5 drinks

Everything. Everything. Everything! Ang drink you can think of, it will be for that price. Get there early because you will have trouble finding a seat! This place gets extremely packed. And if you are hungry, try the shrimp salad. It is delicious! Everything is very good. I recommend you getting a new drink you have not tried before, like a new whiskey, scotch, tequila, you name it. Everything is for an amazing price. You will be buzzed early and it will probably be an early night! Which is not bad if you have to go to work in the morning. Atmosphere is great. Dress code is business casual. They do have a patio but it is covered. Bartenders know what they are doing and make good drinks

I used to visit this place multiple times a month due to the AMAZING happy hour and the proximity to my workplace. I stopped going because of service. The servers have clear attitudes about serving large parties (5-10 was the average group size) and we would order 2 drinks at a time due to slow order deliveries. The food is decent but if it’s busy don’t order the chicken, mine has been undercooked twice. Overall, good place to grab drinks but don’t expect friendly faces.
