Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Bad lunch experience today. I received a bowl of Chicken Enchilada soup that must have been the last of the batch as it was mostly liquid, a few kernels corn and not a shred of chicken. The cashier did not bag my items or give me any utensils and seemed to be inconvenienced when I requested them. All minor issues that added up to a negative experience.

I ordered online and promptly received a call that the Mac and Cheese was all gone for the evening. I was super bummed, but when our delivery arrived there was this sweet note and 3 cookies included! ???? Great customer service and fast delivery!

Called in my order about 10 to 15 minutes ahead of time. Super friendly voice on the phone. Order was accurate and fresh.

Happy New Year! Thanks for being open. The service was good and the food was even better. The Mac n cheese was spot on and we loved the Italian sandwich. May 2019 be full of wonderful surprises for us all.

Excellent service and carefully built sandwiches at this location. Potbelly is much better than your typical deli/sub sandwich shop. Toasted bread, meat, and cheese, then topped with all your favorites as well as hot peppers free. Very reasonably priced sandwiches. Excellent malts (not too sweet). Have not tried salads or soups.
