First time here. Easy, casual (slightly upscale) setting with FRESH MADE WHEN YOU ORDER food. There are fresh herbs to finish off your dish and a large selection of Italian drinks. Fast and friendly service. We enjoyed it!

Good food, good ambiance. Very nice build your own pasta place. Staff and management are friendly and welcoming. Restaurant itself is very clean and well kept. Beautifully decorated.

Artful presentation, fresh and delicious!! You can tell immediately that the concept comes from an amazing Chef! I traveled from downtown to get there and was well worth the drive. Great modern Italian aromas and flavors for a great value. I love this cozy ambiance. The pasta is made in-house, and tastes amazing in the dish I had (the Tuscan). I can honestly say I've never had "the perfect egg" until today either, but very aptly named! I can't wait to come back and try more!

Since writing this Chef Sidney has opened in the Understory culinary market. And. It’s. Awesome.

Mona is an interesting new Italian experience. The food is prepared right in front of you with fresh ingredients that you select allowing you to customize your dish to your preferences.

We had chicken with alfredo sauce and Italian sausage with meat sauce. Both dishes were awesome and more than we could finish. (That's saying a lot for me!!) They tasted great even as leftovers!

We will be going back soon with friends and family!

Pretty delicious spot. I really like the ambience. It was our first time here and the staff was really helpful in telling us how to navigate the menu. The chicken on the pasta was tasty. The white sauce was was pretty good but it was kind of reminiscent of jar sauce but done very well. Awesome concept.
