Always try to eat at every location. All are unique in decor and cuisine style. I love Texas. The Goode Company is Texas icon.

Sadly I don't think I will be able to dine here any more. The steady decline in BBQ quality and now the final straw...NO MORE GREEN BEANS??? Are you kidding me? That was the best thing on the menu.

Who made the executive decision to get rid of Green Beans and keep the nasty Collard Greens??? REALLY? Every employee, including the manager, were upset by this decision.

What am I going to bring as a side dish to pot-lucks? The rice + green beans have always been a huge hit.. sadly the BBQ doesn't warrant a visit any more without knowing the green beans will be there to back it up.

It was a fun ride while it lasted.

Thanks for coming to your senses Goode Co. They are amazing.

The best pork ribs from a restaurant that I have ever had. Lean baby back ribs with a heavy smoke and very tender. They are served dry and you can add sauce separately. Not some sloppy, greasy, raunchy spare ribs that a slathered in sauce.

Good size portions. The brisket was okay. The ribs were really good. Everyone says the chicken is really good but I did not try it. Did not like the barbecue sauce. And the pecan pie was really good. Staff was very friendly

Love this place. The decor is so Western. Would be a great place to bring out of state guests for a real taste of Texas. The music is the great old fashioned country that I love. The staff was pleasant and attentive even though it is cafeteria style. A woman kept checking to make sure our beverages were full and offered to make us a takeout beverage when we left. It was a bit dark in the dining room. The food is very good. They have a very nice party room separate from main dining. Hope they survive the hwy 290 construction.
