(December 18, 2018, 8:48 pm)Went this morning w/ my mom around 8am after working 12+ hours on my feet. We asked for quite a few things and their customer service was FLAWLESS! The young lady with the glasses she took our order so politely and accurately! I believe he was the manager on duty but that young man was super kind and sweet. When we asked for an Oreo shake even after already ordering he was so nice and didn't say the usual line you hear about it being down or they've just cleaned it or "ain't no mo'." Lol. Then another lady came to the window idk if she was the cook or the order prep but you could just see the team work they had and their customer service was on point. No rushing yet hustling and even asking if we needed anything else before driving away! I HAD to write a review because all across the board they were just awesome! Definitely will be my permanent Jack spot!!
