(March 24, 2019, 4:05 pm)GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was charged for the wrong food with a much higher price. The manager (not sure of his name) can be right up to assist, credited my order back to my card, and gave me my food free for all of the hassle!!!

(December 27, 2018, 10:16 am)I felt as if I was at a 4-Star restaurant the way the servers cared for me and my group. And the HOT, Juicy, Fresh meals were definitely 5-Star quality. Please! Keep it up Whataburger?! Mrs. Washington.

(December 10, 2018, 11:44 pm)Bad service at Whataburger is generally better than any other fast food restaurant. Several times I’ve had my order made incorrectly but the managers and employees have always fixed it without question. Why 5 stars? Because they always handle their business the right way and take care of their customers. The world of filled with mistakes, it’s what happens after the mistake is made that determines a rating. Plus it’s Whataburger, it’s hard to settle for anything less than the best.
