Well I ordered takeout from the Houston Texas location on San Felipe. When I arrived I was not greeted. Instead there were 2 employees at the front counter assisting one customer. At no point did either employee acknowledge my presence in any way. They provided twice the excellent customer service to the other woman at the counter while completely ignoring me. In fact, the only way that I got my order (about 5 minutes after I arrived) was another woman came up to ask for a bag and was a bit more impatient than I was. Only after assisting her was I then asked how I could be helped. The food was great! But customer service should be provided to all not select customers.

I love the food selection. The trio bowl has been my fave lately. Except at this location the quality of their salmon is less than; it tastes more like tuna. Otherwise 5/5.

One of my favorite lunch spots! Fresh middle eastern food. Serving everything from salads to grain based bowls to fit every customers appetite. They have a variety of meat options to be added to a dish from chicken to falafel balls.

This is an order at a counter and they deliver the food to you table kind of store.

I placed a large order online for Delivery, but no drivers were available. I ended up picking it up instead. My order was ready on time, and everything was accounted for. They even provided plates, cups, utensils for serving and eating, and napkins. Food tasted great, too! Overall, my experience was wonderful!
