The place is very nice. Enjoyed the food. The deconstructed pot pie was pretty good! I would recommend. Good selection of menu items. Good service. Nice casual atmosphere. I will definitely visit again!
I have to say, this may have been the best service experience I have ever had. Let me explain.... We went to this location for breakfast and initially, the atmosphere was good but our greeting wasn't great. We order our food and my egg was supposed to be over medium, it came hard then half way through my absolutely delicious pancake I bite in and half of it was burnt. (My fiance's food was absolutely perfect and delicious)
I speak to the manager, Vince, and he is immediately apologetic and was clearly taking the situation seriously. Not only did he refund both of our meals, but after discovering that we were in from out of town, he gave us 2 complementary dinners. The service doesn't end there. We went back for dinner the same day and the experience was stellar, the food was incredible and then the waitress brought us cake. CAKE! These people take their reputation very seriously and take pride in their business. It's not often you find that these days. The establishment is beautiful, it's unique and a giant step above any competitor.
I highly recommend this location and the next time we're in Houston, we will come back for the incredible hospitality and food.
The food was great. I had the spicy lettuce tacos. I was given 4 large lettuce leaves and a full bowl of filling. It wasn't spicy but definitely had flavor and fresh. I also had the season squash soup bowl. The soup was creamy but not too rich. The parking was in a garage setting, but it was free entry. I went during the lunch time on a Friday. They were packed and seating can become an issue but they bus quickly.
I would give this place 6 stars if there was an option. The food was awesome but the service was even better! We went for Sunday brunch and it wasn't line out of the door crowded.
We ordered and got seated in about 10-15 min. They were also quick to get the food out and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to going back!
This place is slightly over rated. The food was good, and the service was quick. Its the perfect destination if you are in a rush but don't want fast food breakfast. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you are given a menu and are asked to order before you are seated. You are given a number after you order and the food is brought out to you. This is great little spot for a quick, delicious breakfast or brunch.
