Pizaro's has good pizza in a simple, family friendly environment. Service is prompt and friendly.
I suppose my issue with Pizaro's is that it is pricey. We had two of the smallest pizzas, a $10 corking fee (really?) for a bottle of wine we brought in and a soft drink - with tax and tip was $61. That's a lot for a couple 12" pizzas and a bottle of our own wine.
In an area with several good pizza options, I'll need to really want their pizza to come back.
Probably some of the better authentic Italian style pizza in Houston, but the portions are quite small for what you get. If they could improve the value I'd be a more frequent visitor. Perhaps they could offer a simple Italian style pizza at Italian prices...
This place was awesome. We had an outing for a ministry for teen girls. 26 people with girls and staff. Food and service top notch. God bless.
If you’re craving that wood-fired pizza, look no further. Pizaro will truly satisfy all your cravings. I’ve been here twice so far and I can tell you I’m hooked. Their Napoletana pizza is absolutely delicious! They also offer Detroit and New York style pizzas which I am yet to try. Try their Napoletana White Pies! You’d be surprised how good the white base tastes.
The place is clean with simple decor and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!
Excellent pizza yet priced to match. Liked this place. Service great and friendly. But fair warning, it ain't cheap. I hope the place, as an independent, non-chain hangs on. It's great. Recommended!!
