(November 1, 2017, 7:12 pm)I wonder if the owner heard of the saying, "If's it not broke, don't fix it!" Well I used to like eating at Sophia's because they were better than the other convenient Mexican places around at work. Now to my surprise they are doing the same thing, watering down their food. I understand its about the profit, but if you are getting bad reviews what good is the bottom line if no one visit your establishment. So I can say this was my last time eating there. I have eaten the chicken fajitas nachos, the salad bowl, and the southwest salad. Staff is pretty good and always pleasant.
