Guard and Grace - Houston

There are few words that could express how well this was executed. Chef Guard put next level food with next level atmosphere and put the bar so high, that it's hard to fathom anyone coming close. Chef came to our table and spent a few minutes just talking and he was a genuinely nice guy to my friends and family. Bring a date, bring your family, bring your friends. It's worth your time just to experience this type of precision.

Got to love this place, the service the food the people. Everything at this place is really upscale, the taste of the food is so different. very special place and an awesome drinking menu. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time and a good meal. Hands down to the Chef, who BTW approached our table and greeted us.

Went for a business lunch and was very impressed. The place is very nice and spacious. It was crowded but because of the layout you could not tell.

Food was excellent. Had the Snapper lunch meal and it was delicious. It came with two jumbo shrimp and Fresh Crab meat in a super tasty sauce. We had the Spinach dip, Ribs and Octopus from the appetizer menu. The dip was delicious and the Octopus was also. I found the ribs to be too dry and the sauce was a surprise as it was spicy, which I am not sure I saw defined on the menu.

All in all, excellent venue for a delicious and upscale lunch or dinner, will definitely return.

Houston steakhouses are a very competitive market with many options. This new Denver based option certainly has a great/beautiful modern location. The service was top notch with servers more than willing to detail the options available. We ordered some appetizers and the fillet flight. The steaks were all very good but a tad too salty for my taste.

Beautiful restaurant! The service was amazing, very attentive employees. Food was good as well, but if I’m being honest I preferred the appetizers over my steak. The octopus was amazing!! Also, the potatoes are supposed to be smashed but as you can see ours were almost whole. I didn’t care for them much, couldn’t taste much of the chipotle lime. Brussels were good, but wish they were tossed with something. But def will come here again!
