My friend took me here while I was visiting Houston, and we had an awesome time! The outdoor space is incredible and the beer is excellent. I will need to come back to try the food another time. Also, I had a lot of fun on the brewery tour - remember to bring a beer with you when you go!
St. Arnold distributes high quality beer around the state already. The beer garden and tap room are gorgeous and can handle a lot of people, but unless you live local and just want to drink at the source or really like Saint Arnold there is no reason to come. Beers cost from 5-7 dollars a pint, which isn't much less than a 6 pack and there is no real quality difference to speak of. Also they had taps marked for some of the more interesting beers, but were out of all of them. Maybe that is my fault for coming on a Saturday night but it was disappointing not to be able to try something new.
I am a huge fan of the new outdoor space! They provide heaters in the winter and fans in the summer so you can comfortably enjoy it year round. I enjoy the beer and food as well - their pizza's are great as are the bratwursts. It is also pet friendly which is a huge bonus.
Went on a tour In the afternoon on a Friday. The tour times are 1, 3, 5, and 7 o'clock. After the tour, we enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was great. If you enjoy beer or want a taste of many beers I'd recommend a flight. The food was great. It was packed in the outdoors area (that's where you eat and play games if you prefer), yet our appetizer came out in less than 3 minutes and our pizza about 10 minutes after. I'd definitely recommend going. They have a nice wall(s) that you can take pictures on if that's your kind of thing.
Beer and food is always outstanding! The new garden area is pretty cool and comfortable! My only suggestion is, I brought my 2 sons cause it says it is family friendly. However, the games are only for adults and/or with adult supervision depending on the game, and it's kind of hard telling the little kiddos to not to play with the games. I would recommend to bring some toys for your little one and/or leave him/her with grandma/sitter. But the service was quick! Pretty nice place for chilling over some beers!
