Texas Chicken & Rice

I was looking for a place to eat on Friday that was close to my job and stumbled upon this place. I was completely blown away when I opened my plate (I didn't have time to sit and eat). My shrimp fried rice was DELICIOUS! I have been telling everyone about this place. I will definitely be going back!

Great Spot better than Timmy Chans

Almost like Timmy Chan's but aleast they take credit card that's always a plus. Their prices are pretty reasonable too

This is my review after two visits..
The pros appears to be a CLEAN environment, the staff is friendly , you can see them cook your food in front of you not behind a big mystery wall like most places ???? large portions, decent prices, sweet tea is good and fresh accepts cards as well.
The Cons... in my opinion the rice is overrated even the shrimp fried rice, rice is wayyyy to soft mushy like, close early on SATURDAY, should atleast be open until 10:30...there’s no soup with dinner combos and you’re forced just to have al this mushy rice, other than that, it’s close to home and I will continue to come when I’m eating on a budget and until I have a bad experience. There’s always room for improvement

I've always wanted to try this place and I'm glad I finally did. We had the hot wings, which came with rice. Along with that some egg rolls and the chicken fried rice. All in all I would say this place is pretty good. Greasy, delicious, comfort food. I'll be coming again next time for a cheat day.
