This is a place to get fresh shrimp dishes and hot home-made tortillas with Dona Tulas's special green or red sauce that only they can make. The women here are welcoming and there to please you. There is nothing else like this in the East End. It is a hidden jewel. If it was in my neighborhood in Memorial, you would not be able to get in.
