Love this new restaurant at energy corridor. Sichuan dish is my favorite Chinese food. Spicy and addictive!

Most dishes are delicious but I do have some personal preferences. Among the ones we've ordered, I like the cumin lamb the most, the surprising part is they put raisins in it, and they come in 2 different colors. It would be perfect if they have used slices of lamb instead of ground lamb. The second favourite would be the garlic bacon. The flavor is on point but it would be even better if they are in thicker slices. Much better texture plus that would be more authentic too. Then it's the Dan Dan noodle. Taste good, just didn't wow me. And unfortunately, my least favorite was the jelly noodle. It simply doesn't have much flavor other than it's spicy.

This place is a Chinese sit in restaurant. The menu offers vegetarian dishes. The atmosphere is new. The restaurant staff did not check if the food tasted ok. However, I will consider this restaurant again to try other vegetarian style dishes. I suggest this place as an option when in the area for traditional Chinese. I do not recommend the vegetable fried rice.

Was there this early evening. Ordered Mogolian Beef, Stirred Fried String Bean, Fried Mala Intestines, and Hot & Spicy Beef Tendon. The flavors are there. No doubt spicy lovers will fall in love with this establishment. Keep up the good work. Only has one last suggestion, the steam rice we had tonight didn't seem well cooked.
