Smashburger

The quality of their Smash Burger has declined considerably in the last 2 years. Angus beef has less flavor and other ingredients lesser quality. The large Smash Burger is also smaller and Smash fries are thinner. Was once one of my favorite burger joints. But, still beats McDonalds type fast-food burger places.

Always have a fantastic experience at smashburger. This location has friendly employees and the same delicious food! They also have a rewards program where you can earn points for every dollar spent and then you get discounts! They give a free reward when it's your birthday too! I redeemed mine for a milkshake - the Oreo shake is my favorite.

Service was too slow (although I think it was because they cooked to order). Staff should SAY SOMETHING like, "We're going to cook your food fresh; is a 7 minute delay OK?" and this should be done BEFORE taking payment. I understand SmashBurger is not promoted as "fast food", but the unannounced delay caused me to miss my bus (this restaurant is a one-minute walk from the bus stop). However, I thought the food was delicious.

The burgers were superb and the restaurant was very clean. The employees were helpful and attentive and the sweet potato fries were fantastic! Definitely be back often!
