Brookstreet BBQ

Great food and great atmosphere. We were looking for a good BBQ place like back home in San Antonio and Brookstreet did now disappoint. Try the Trio house special. Plenty of food and your able to try everything. The brisket was NOT dry it was great!

The BEST BBQ in Houston in my opinion. I’ve tried several of the other BBQ places in the area and they all seem to leave me wanting more. Brookstreet BBQ has the best tasting meats as well as great sides to accompany it. The meat is well seasoned and smoked and not overwhelmingly spicy. The sides are classic and taste great. There is never much of a wait if any at all. By far my favorite BBQ I’ve had in Houston or anywhere else in the country for that matter. I refuse to eat BBQ anywhere else now.

After having tried the other place down the road...I would recommend Brookstreet over the other. Much cheaper,very friendly,laid back atmosphere and not crowded. Spent twice as much for half the food...and wasn't half as good.

Great BBQ. Try the Mac and cheese! Love that they ask if you want your brisket with fat on it or lean. I prefer lean meat

I've been here three times, and I feel like I can now give an honest review. The sweet tea is great. Strong yet not too in your face with attitude. The Wet Brisket is just as good as any of the top rated places in the state. The Ribs are good but nothing to write home about. The mild link is really tasty. The sides are hit and miss. I loved the potato salad two of the visits, but there was one time that it was dry and under seasoned. The potato casserole is solid every time. Lastly, the corn is friggin amazing. You could come here just for that and it would make this spot a 5 star restaurant. Do yourself a favor and eat here when you are inside the loop.
