This place is amazing. We ordered a penne with rose sauce and chicken. The place was nice it has lights every where. The bathroom was really clean too. Totally recommend to pasta lovers.

Very delicious food with a fun vibe! The house wine was good and the mixed drinks were awesome and strong! The food was so good and reheats really well. Also, the garlic bread is amazing!!

Went here on a weeknight to celebrate my husband's birthday. Kept it simple with a chicken funchezzi (came highly recommended) and the lasagna. In brief: Average food. Nothing to write home about. I personally think this is a very average Italian restaurant. For the starter we got complimentary soup (I believe it was some sort of lentil soup) - bland, very creamy. It also came with a big plate of a pretty generic salad with standard dressing on the side (ranch, honey mustard etc).

The restaurant itself is very cute and cozy. I definitely liked the vibe of the place, and our server was polite and super enthusiastic. So from that perspective the restaurant is great. From a food and price perspective...average.

Absolutely fantastic! A perfect place for date night! I don't think I'll ever look at Olive Garden the same. Rivas has a unique charm. They aren't stingy with the food and the entire place has an upscale feel without the drama of a chain restaurant. If you enjoy Italian food, I would definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was incredible and the service was amazingly efficient. The food may be the best Italian in Houston.

The veal was perfectly cooked and the lemon butter cream sauce was perfectly balanced.

Every dish comes with soup and salad. Everything is perfectly portioned. You can tell they have been around forever - they have their system down perfect!
