Domino's Pizza

In town (montrose) working and figured stick to what you know since usually dominos are usually decent at most locations. this one was really good, no up charge for chicken or philly or alfredo sauce or bbq sauce. employee brought it out to my car in less than 2 min was very nice and appreciative of my cash tip since i paid online when i ordered thru my app to get those dominos points towards my next free pizza. Can’t beat 2 pizza’s for $12.97 it’s a great deal when i have to feed a crew you guys. everyone can each have their own pizza. today i ordered alfredo sauce with philly and black olives and another one with bbq sauce and chicken and pineapple. they were still hot af when i got home and really tasted good from this location.

This is a New location I believe, because it seemed to me like everybody here was learning the proper procedure, I booked on line & was using the Pizza Tracker but it was horribly inaccurate, when it said pizza was ready & I arrived at location, pizza was still in the oven, after waiting for 5 mins for order, they forgot to make my cinnamon twist , so I had to wait even longer. I would have been more angry but the manager was very polite & Apologetic, would have been nice if they gave me a free 2 liter drink. Glad food was fresh&hot.

My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pan pizza from this location and it came without sauce on it. Just crust, cheese, and pepperoni. He called for a replacement and they delivered another one....without sauce again. The employee I spoke with on the phone said pan crust is sauced differently than the other crusts, but neither of these had sauce at ALL. She put a credit on my account, which was great since I didn’t get what I ordered (a pizza with sauce). I’m not entirely sure what’s going on at this location. I’m not mad, just confused. I guess just be careful ordering a pan pizza?

Very friendly and professional employees. Have interacted with several employees and the management. Kelvin that manager does a good job of leading his team! Accidents happen, especially in such a fast passed environment!! The important thing is that they do whatever it takes to make sure that the customer is happy!
