Dunkin'

I would've put 5 but the wait time when we go was not good.
Other than that, we love Dunkin' DONUTS! Don't change the name, make a drink special that IS unbeatable.....simple. Good coffee for cheap....have $1 coffee day once a month. Once a week special maybe. Also, more flavors...make a different creamed coffee or espresso. Step out of the burger joint eating areas. Class them up a little. Build a comfortable and inviting area.

The morning staff is helpful and friendly. One told me about liquid sugar which tastes better with my coffee. I used to be a Starbucks addict but I love their hazelnut iced coffee they make it right each time and for a fraction of the cost. Love that they have diff types of munchkins too unlike other donut shops.

Average at best. Donuts do not taste fresh at all and are lacking in sweetness. Their other items such as croissants however are quite nice. Coffee is also great, but the main attraction, which are the donuts, are disappointing.

Donuts are good but the staff leaves A LOT to be desired. No customer service or comprehension skills half of the time. I have never had a courteous or welcoming experience here at this location.
