Einstein Bros. Bagels

I like this Einstein because they partner with Caribou Coffee company from Minnesota and they have great coffee! Not all the Einstein Bagel stores use Caribou Coffee and there is a huge difference!

I like Einstein's and I go often. This isn't exactly the best location. The floors are filthy behind the counter later in the day. The beverage cooler hasn't worked for a few months. The staff is always friendly, but depending on the time there's often only 2 of them and I've had to wait a long time. I have had co-workers ask to come with me and I've honestly told them, "I'll just grab it," so they don't freak out.

I did have a disagreement with one manager about whether or not my bottled drink was expired. It was, she said it wasn't, I noted the expired date after I had tasted it and it was flat. She pointed out that that was just the "bottled on date" and then I pointed out the other bottles had dates in the future....

I mean, I keep going, so the food is fine. It's just, it's not the best appearances. I also find there seems to be a lot of staff turnover, I may see someone for a few weeks and then never again. Sometimes parking at this location is miserable and usually a homeless person in front of place, waiting on Starbucks or Einstein's customers.
