First Watch - Meyerland

Cute little brunch spot. Very lively on Sunday morning. We had the cornbread carnitas and Italian omelette, both were delicious. The best dish we had was the banana granola pancake. Prices on the low end for such a swanky brunch spot. Would stop here again another day.

Really good breakfast. Recommended.
I had the morning market veg with a order of plain grits and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The place has a nice atmosphere and was busy that Saturday morning. Staff was pleasant and attentive and I will go again.

The food was ok, the service needs real work!

I first experienced First Watch in Atlanta. The food and service was impeccable so when I returned to Houston I vowed that I would try the location nearest me. Placed my order for carry out and picked it up. The orders were mislabeled and because of, I had to call to relay and go all the way back. I was unnerved because there was no acknowledgement and consideration offered. When I returned home I noticed that some of the Spring Mix was slimy. Clearly avoidable. I'd suggest that management train and develop employees that recognize the value in slowing down and being human when necessary.

I love the fresh and flavorful twist on their items. Its clean eating and that's important in so many ways. I will recommend them to anyone
