if I could rate this place a thousand I would.
Not only is it beautiful, but it has some of, if not, THE best authentic Mexican food. I love the presentation, the attention to detail, and the taste of the food.
We ordered the guacamole and chips to start off and they were so delicious we had to do another round. They were perfectly crispy and the guac was fresh and savory. Perfectly seasoned too.
For entree I ordered the Barbacoa- it was cooked to perfection, tender and delicious. The sides were also flavorful and very yum.
Drink wise- I order an espresso martini and it might be one of the best ones I’ve had. It was perfect.
The ambience is surreal. The chandeliers add so much character and elevate the space so beautifully.
Lastly, our waiter was super attentive and fast and made sure everything came out on time!
I will definitely be coming back!
Place is simply amazing. The valet service is very respectful when you first get there. The walk along the side of the restaurant to the entrance is worth it. You'll get an intimate scenery before going in. The staff is amazing with wonderful personalities from start to finish. For the small bites, I had shrimp nachos that were presented in such an elegant fashion. How did they nachos look beautiful like this. For the main course, I had shrimp tacos and brick chicken with green mole sauce. They even gave samples of different mole sauces to see what I would like. The atmosphere was really nice with ceiling to floor windows, capturing the beautiful nature like scenery around the restaurant. Elegant chandeliers sparkling in the light to promote romance. It was great for the occasion. I will make a return to this great restaurant.
Such a beautifully decorated restaurant and the ambiance was very nice. I went for brunch with a friend and there was live music, but not overwhelming. The waiter was attentive and gave great recommendations. I enjoyed the taquitos, but they were small in size. I wasn't too hungry so decided to get the al pastor tacos but they were lacking in flavor... I've had better at street vendors. My friend got the octopus and thought the fish was spectacular.
Of course parking is limited so unless you are paying $9 valet or get extremely lucky- expect a walk.
This is a great restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The valet is 9 bucks but is worth it as the free parking lot is small and always full. Your at a high end restaurant might as well pay it. Food was great and enjoyed the twist they put on Mexican food. Wife loved the fried fish tacos. I loved the skirt steak fajitas.
