Genghis Grill

This location has greatly improved within these last couple months. Management has really seemed to get a hold on things, so I must give kudos to the manager Allorie. Servers are also very knowledgeable regarding the menu items and deliver outstanding service. The food is never an issue. I have to give credit to this Genghis Grill location, and hope it serves as an example for other locations.

Took family here. It was their first time. We went on a Tuesday to take advantage of the "Kids eat free on Tuesdays " deal. My husband and kids LOVED it. We definitely will be coming back.

It had been a long time since I've been here, and the little changes were for the better. I really like that now someone brings your first, mixing bowl to you, instead of it being given to you by the hostess. Also, it's so much much easier now just to tell them you want an egg instead of trying to cram one in your bowl. Little things like that were nice.

Tyson was the best server. Awesome young gentleman. Knowledgeable of the products. 5 Star???? food. So much food for reasonable price.

Went for lunch and it was moderately busy, but they were clearly understaffed. My brother ordered from the menu and I did a make-your-own-bowl that ended up not getting cooked due to a grill mix up while my brother finished his food. I didn't have time to stay for it to be remade but the manager Gladys handled the situation perfectly and we left happy despite the issue. The food & service are usually good when I go, so I'll be back. Hire more servers, y'all!
