Johnny Carino's

I enjoyed spicy chicken and shrimp for lunch today. The quality of the food was excellent, as was my server Andrew. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the food was delivered. The portion size generous, I had to box it up to bring the rest home. Andrew was generous enough to offer bread to go as well. I recommend Casinos.

Ok despite this place feeling like a ghost town on a Saturday night at 8pm, the food was really good. We had of course plenty of food to take home for the next day. Service was good, everyone was really nice and polite and attentive. I guess it's just not a happening parking lot with all the 290 construction?? Who knows. Point is, we will return another night!

Didn’t want to go home after work, wanted to find a happy hour with a buddy instead. I remembered Johnny Carino’s had switched to a Tavern and had some decent Happy Hour specials. Came by the restaurant here by Hwy 151 in San Antonio, and was served by Quinton, who took great care of our table. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you should. They have a different deal every night. We’ll be back!

The food was delicious. I decided to drop in last night to try their new daily specials. We are apart of their email club and we got an email about steak nights, and wing nights. We hadn't been there in a while but this seemed like a reason to come back. We were pleasantly surprised, they have what seems like an entirely new staff and some tasty new dishes. I'll definitely be making this place a regular drop in.

Food was pretty good and staff made it better. Head chef was working hard with front of house as well as the kitchen. I'll go back for sure just because of that. She seemed genuine and it looked like she enjoyed her job. It was pretty busy but they made some small issues seem smaller with good service.
