Howdy Hot Chicken

This is one of H Town's first hit chicken eateries and it's taken me a while to get here. The service was lacking as it appeared they're understaffed. I get it most places are. The space was clean, neat, and not crowded. The food was good, decent, not great, probably just above average. Their price point is probably lower than other hot chicken places. My cohorts and I give it a 7/10. I'd return of in the area.

Fantastic service and decent chicken considering the price! The cashier was really helpful and friendly snd the food arrived pretty quickly and tasted yummy! The place was also nice and clean.

Really really good halal place if you like chicken. They have a small menu but it tastes very good. They've got different spice levels which is cool, if you like spicy I recommend getting heat or the next level up. If you really want a challenge, get the 'Have Mercy' (spiciest). Just beware of the spice. I got the Mac n Cheese chicken and the Thigh Sammie, both were outstanding (the Mac n cheese could've used more cheese). Food was absolutely amazing, great fried chicken place. Prices are really good, about 10 bucks for almost everything.

I have to say I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and loaded fries as they were so good. I was disappointed in the Mac and cheese. It has a sweet flavor but also tastes like store bought Mac which isn’t necessarily a bad thing but I was hoping for something creamier and cheesier. No other complaints as all my other food was delicious and I would eat again
