Jonathan's The Rub

I ordered their family meals for pick up twice this past week. Both times the dinners were delicious from appetizer through dessert. While more expensive than some family meal options right now-the portions were large and overall great values for the top quality meals for our special occasions. I look forward to ordering again.

Also in this Covid environment, I appreciated being able to drive up and not have to go inside for pick up. They came out with masks on to place the dinner on my back seat. They deserve the 5 star rating and I do not usually proactively post a review.

Fantastic Fare! Was only able to experience via Curbside pickup but the experience was still exceptional. Ordered the Chicken Parmesan which was delicious and the portion very generous. Also tried the chocolate cake...Yummy! Order was hot and ready for pickup. And was still hot upon my arrival home. Will definitely return and try more of the offerings here.

What a delightful place! The food is stellar, the waitstaff is attentive without being overbearing, the atmosphere is quaint, and oh yeah THE FOOD IS STELLAR! Jonathan is a lovely man who knows what he’s doing in the kitchen. This is our favorite restaurant in Houston. Love love love it.

Everything on the menu is great!! My go to items are the blackened pork tenderloins and Julio soup. The wait staff is amazing! All the waiters and waitresses help with all the guests so you don't have just one person serving you. Can't go wrong here. Oh, did I mention the byob??!!

Cozy location. Staff was attentive. Appetizers were excellent.
