This place is AMAZING! The food is not only fantastic, the portions are literally falling off the plate. Easily 2-3 meals off of one meal. Also, the menu is very much a cheese cake factory menu with what looks like 100+ options. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!
So we went to Kenny & Ziggy's for lunch the other day, and it was phenomenal. This is by far my favorite deli in Houston! We ordered the roast beef sandwich, the two meat platter with double pastrami, a bagel with lox, and a salad, which was awesome, but I currently don't remember the name. All the portions here are huge and uber fresh and well worth the money. The roast beef sandwich was spectacular, super moist, and savory. The lox was extremely fresh and of superior grade, but their pastrami is the bomb! It was super lean and cooked and seasoned perfectly. Every bite was a little piece of heaven. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for a great meal in the Houston area. Their menu has over 100 items to choose from, and all their pastries, breads, meats, and salads are made in-house. In addition, they have a great soda and milkshake counter as well as an extended bar capable of serving the most discerning client. Overall, it is a great location with an excellent staff.
The food is delicious and the portions are huge. We had a variety of items; pasta, chicken tenders, burger, salad and sandwich and everyone was happy with their meal. We left feeling incredibly full and had leftovers for dinner. I like the pickles in place of bread. The menu is overwhelming if you have never been, it's very large which I'm sure is part of their style, but it was difficult to check in with 4 kids about what they want without feeling like you are shoving a menu in someone's face. The desserts are huge. The Boston cream cake was my favorite. The cake it light and airy without being overly sweet, I would definitely get it again. The strawberry shortcake was equally light and airy with the perfect amount of cream. The cookies are huge and still tasty. I got a chocolate eclair and that was my least favorite.
Meet a business associate here for lunch and was thoroughly impressed. First off, I'm not a sandwich guy but ordered The One And Only Rubin. It was massive and delicious. We also had Latkes as an appetizer and was also really good. The service was top notch, even during the lunch rush. Highly recommend this place. 👌
This is absolutely the most amazing place I have ever had the pleasure to eat. If you have a chance to eat there. Do it!! It will be the greatest experience from the staff to the food. It may seem a little pricey, but considering amount and quality, it is definitely well worth it.
