Wholly wow! The Generals Tso’s chicken is one of the best I’ve ever had. Combination fried noodles was pretty good too! The cheese puffs were really amazing too! This place will definitely be on our regular go to list!
So delicious and great service! Our waitress was very nice and took great care of us. Best dumplings we've ever had. The spicy soup is SPICY but so good. Seriously tastes authentic. The parking lot is kinda rough but overall it was a decent experience.
Great new place in the Webster/Clear Lake area.
Ordered the Sesame Chicken, Soup Dumplings, Pork Buns, and Crab/Cheese Puffs.
The Sesame Chicken portion is large, plenty for two people. It was a little on the sweet side, but not a ding on them, just a heads up. Perfectly crispy and good flavor.
The Crab/Cheese Puffs here are now my favorite in the area and HTX. I would come back just for these.
Soup Dumplings are good, I'm used to traditionally having 8 to an order. The bottom of the dumpling feels a bit starchy and doughy.
I was not a fan of the Pork Buns, the filling was mushy and no distinct flavor of the pork, sauce, or seasoning. That being said, this is a pretty standard phenomenon in Houston though, so this is as good as they get in Houston (you will find same quality in any high rated restaurants in HTX, so if you are going to have them have them here). I've had Pork Buns various China Towns outside of TX and for some reason here in TX they always miss the mark.
Location is big, service is fast. Looking forward to coming back many times to try new dishes, this is a must try spot if you are in the area, hope this becomes a permanent fixture in the community.
Interesting thing is all the dishes tasted the same as Noodle Master on Spencer Hwy.
The food was delicious. Love the fresh noodles. I had the fried noodles with steamed BBQ bun’s. My wife had the tempura shrimp and the pork dumplings. But the staff needs some help serving. Other than that, take out would be amazing they are fast. To make you food fresh and hot. A must try.
First time dining here. I had the Black Garlic Oil Ramen. It was a large bowl. Very good and I did not finish. My hubby finished it after his meal. Next time I want to try the dumplings and bao. I am glad it is close to work.
