    Was my first time ordering firehouse subs, I had a issue with one of my sandwiches and Sarah helped me with fixing it for a later date. She was very nice on the phone and guarenteed a free sandwhich upon my return. Great customer service. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

    Fantastic sandwich. I recommend the Firehouse steak and cheese. The services was great and good channels to watch on the tube while you eat.
