Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

Great environment, good food. Our waitress seemed a little disinterested and they got 2 out of 3 orders wrong. Quickly fixed with great taste. This is a good place to meet with friends for lunch.

My favorite restaurant ???? I love Pappadeaux's. The food is just so wonderful and the waiter/waitresses are so catered to their customers. I always go for special occasions and just went Friday night 8/9/2019 and Dwayne was so attentive to us, my husband and I really enjoyed him. He was so awesome that we had the manager come to the table and told her. We gave him a 30 dollar tip !! I'm telling you it's always clean, and a nice clean restroom. Oh my goodness just the best seafood. I noticed that the fried shrimp are really big and meaty, the manager said that the part of the gulf that they rent they've been catching these big shrimp. She said they've been catching these huge red fish ( not red snapper) she said the red fish are 2 -3 feet long !!
If you haven't been in a while you need to go and see and taste those big shrimp ???? Oh and of course the desert's are always THE BEST ❣️

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience tonight. We had a party of 12 and it couldn't have gone better. Our waiter, Anthony was tremendous! The food was amazing. Every plate was incredibly prepared. Almost every entre selection had a "naked" version for the health nuts in the group and those meals were fabulous as well.

Nice ambience. Indoor and outdoor seating. Wait staff was pleasant and moderately attentive. To be fair it was a Friday evening and very crowded so i believe they were doing the best that they could. Food was delicious...pricey though! Not a place i would come to often just based on the prices. Food portions were good size. We were too full for dessert.

Very disappointed. I have dined at the location on I-10 numerous times but today when I had the shrimp gumbo I was completely taken back. Every single piece of shrimp I bit into had shell on it and about every third bite without shrimp still had shell in it. I understand freshness and I appreciate it but I think there needs to be a better check before it is served. Everything else was great but I felt this needed to be pointed out. Flavor of the gumbo was good as usual.
