Pepper Salt

Saw this wonderful spot in my neighborhood and had some of my favorite ramen in the city. Balance is just right and the chashu was meaty and flavorful. The dumplings were also on point. Came back later in the week and had the wings (juicy and cooked to perfection) and the fried rice with Taiwanese sausage. Damn good.

Working in the area and found this restaurant on goggle. I love Asian food so I figured I’d try them out. I got the combo fried rice with iced green tea and everything is delicious! Five bites in and I had to post!!!

My wife and I and our daughter-in-law and our grandbaby enjoyed our first visit to Pepper Salt. Great little Asian fusion place, food from Tawain, Korea, China, etc. We shared everything. The wonton soup was very tasty. The Tawainese style chicken nuggets were a hit. The fried vegetable egg rolls were gone almost as soon as they hit the table. You can get fried rice and add/get fancy items like spam...which is what we shared...this got us stirred up enough to go shopping for a keto sub for rice....cauliflower rice and spam may be for supper. We'll be back for more of these goodies. They do a few coffee and milk tea concoctions, wings and dumplings that we'll try on our next visit.

The wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. I had the Chicken Fried Rice, she had the Hainan and Asian Spices (pepper salt) wings and we split an order of fried oysters. Their milk tea was really good as well!

Neat little restaurant. The food is cook fresh. The Fried rice was good. I enjoyed the lemon pepper wings, they were different than normal lemon pepper wings, but very delicious. Their leechy milk tea is 🔥. They use real milk instead of the powder; a big plus. The service was beyond exceptional.
