Great burger restaurant. The Bacon Gouda burger was juicy and delicious. I loved the sweet potato tots. They were hot and crispy and came with a side of apple butter. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was bright and clean. Plenty of parking.
This place is to rave about.
Co-workers and I haven’t stopped talking about how much we enjoyed it since we left.
The burgers are fantastic, the fry’s crispy, the kebabs are juicy. Everything you could possibly want.
I loved the sauces. The chipotle sauce was so flavorful I was dipping everything I could in it.
No complaints about this restaurant, I will be back!
I ordered their most popular burger, according to the staff , the Pincho Burger!! 🍔 The bun, perfectly toasted and buttery, meat cooked medium well and seasoned with what tasted like Cajun spices, the sauce was a very savory yet slightly sweet aioli. Very close to the sauce at Trill Burgers but I could taste some Spanish spices in it that really knocked it out of the park. So far in my top burger places, this is a tie with Trill Burgers. Their Cajun fries are a must! They come with a signature drizzle of their house made fry sauce!! I’m definitely coming back there in a couple of weeks to dry a different meal from their menu as everything is said to be amazing! The interior was artistic and included hand drawn color murals. Plenty of indoor seating although I hope the eventually include outdoor seating in the spring and summer months. Overall I give this place a 5 star because their staff was so sweet, outgoing and helpful! The restaurant remained clean, loved the Latin music, and absolutely loved their burger and fries! I’m hooked!!!
I recently visited this place and overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience. One thing I appreciated was the table service despite having to order at the counter. I tried their burger, which was good in terms of flavor, freshness of ingredients, size, and texture, although I found it a bit on the smaller side. However, I felt it lacked a bit of a distinctive flavor punch, perhaps a sauce could have elevated it and made it more memorable. My personal highlight were the cheese cubes; I ended up adding them into the burger. The service was efficient, and they have good hours even on Fridays. Despite this, I found it to be a one-time experience as I didn't feel it was worth returning for.
We arrived at Pincho around 12:45PM on a weekend. There was no line. I went with some family who had tickets for free Pincho burgers from their grand opening, and I ordered sides for the table (fries and sweet potato tots).
We received our food very quickly (6 minutes from order to table).
Overall, the price for the quantity and quality of food received wasn't worth it if I was paying full cost. The fries were good (the no salt request meant they turned out hot and crispy) but the sweet potato tots were received soggy. The portions are mediocre for the high price. We found out late the sweet potato tots were supposed to come with apple butter but didn't get that until someone in management noticed.
The burgers were tiny for the price. They were cooked well with fresh ingredients and a nicely toasted bun, but other fast casual places do the same at half the price. The crispy potato is a nice touch, but I could get another burger from somewhere like In-and-Out, go home and add some fried onions and get a better flavor for a fraction of the price.
My family went on opening day and said the burgers and quantity of sides were much better then.
Overall, I may return to try a different burger, but I wasn't really impressed.
