Via 313 Pizza

I had an amazing experience at Via 313! From entering the restaurant and leaving, everyone was so kind and helpful. For pizza I ordered the Ambassador Bridge with hot honey. It was my very first time having Detroit style pizza and it didn’t disappoint. You HAVE to get it with the hot honey! Never had honey on my pizza but that changed by life. I loved how all the slices are cut into squares too. As for appetizers we ordered the marinara with meatballs, roasted artichoke and the cheese sticks. Everything was made fresh and seasoned and the cheese was oh so ooey gooey delicious! To finish off with deserts we had the rocky road hub cap and the cinnamon sticks. The hub cap was the perfect size, with vanilla bean ice cream that wasn’t too sweet to offset the sweetness of the hubcap. Cinnamon stickers were yummy too! I just wanna give a shout out to Will for being such an attentive thoughtful server :) We will be back next time!

Today was my first time to try Detroit pizza and it was delicious!!! I chose the Omnivore and had the meatballs for an appetizer. Ask for Lisa, she’s the best! Lisa is amazing and she is so friendly. She is Also very knowledgeable about the food and her suggestions were delicious. I was not impressed with the host station, they didn’t even say hello to me. The lady who sat me was very nice but I don’t recall her name. Overall, this is a great place to get some good food. Loved the music too.

Glad to see this location open after missing their Detroit style pies in Austin. The Carnivore was awesome along with the Artichoke and goat cheese dip. The wait was about 25 min for the pizza and the appetizer came out fairly quickly. The Hibiscus margarita was strong and flavorful as well. The manager Dejon was a delight to chat with as he stopped by our table and chatted with us for a bit. The staff is welcoming and seems to be happy to be there which is always a plus. I don’t understand the negative 1 star reviews. I suspect they’re just some haters and maybe have incentive to talk bad about this business. I’d highly recommend you check out this spot for yourself.

I came here for lunch when they first opened. It was my first time trying Detroit style pizza. I sat at the bar and my server was Shannon. She was so nice and gave me great suggestions to try. It was very yummy! I also trued the Hibiscus Margarita. It was so good! I definitely recommend!

Some of the best pizza I've ever eaten! Omg, it was so fresh and delicious with high-quality ingredients. I got the Detroit style, and the crust is light and airy with a great crisp on the edges. The tomato sauce isn't sweet, which I love. It's very rich and savory. They picked a thing, making pizza, and they do it exceptionally well.

I took off a star for service and atmosphere because the wait time is considerably longer than other establishments in the area and the same strip. But if you have the time, it's worth the wait. I had to leave and ended up not buying anything because they were taking too long talking. I went back the next day, and I'm glad I gave them a second chance. Hopefully, the wait time improves, and they remain consistent with food quality.
